It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of M. Charles Woodward, who passed away on October 29th, 2025, at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of the late Lois Chamberlain, and son of the late Lovell Woodward and the late Zella Day.
Chuck leaves to mourn his children Kathy (André), Michael, Randy (Annie), his grandchildren Jennifer (Paul), Joey (Amber), Morgan (Jonathan), Mandy, Michèle (Jesse), Jacob (Brooklyn), Tyler (Makayla), Chloe, his great-grandchildren Lilly-Rose, Leo, Janick, Owen, Olivier, Elyott and Mayson. He was predeceased by his sister Alice.
He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the palliative care unit and the geriatric ward of the Magog hospital for the compassion and exceptional care provided.
In lieu of flowers, donations to “L’envolée’’, Volunteer staff of the Palliative Care Unit, 50, St-Patrice Est, Magog, QC, J1X 3X3, would be appreciated by the family.
Visitation will take place at Cass Funeral Home, 545 Stanstead, QC J0B 3E0, on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
