Passed away at the CSSS Coaticook on Friday, April 12 where he had spent the last few years of his life. Born in Montreal on February 13, 1954, Billy was the special son of Frances (Towsley) and Bill (William) Boggis, both deceased, and dear brother to Nancy and Uncle to Kelsey. Billy was one of the first residents of Dixville Home in 1959, living in the William Jackson Cottage for over forty years. While his life seemed a challenge, Billy had an innocence about him and an infectious smile that could light up a room. A memorial service will take place at a later date and Billy will, as seems fitting, be laid to rest in the Dixville Cemetery. His star now shines brightly in the sky alongside our parents. God Bless.
